You make the work. You keep the rights, your name stays on it, and our job is to help you make more of it and reach the people who will play it. Below are our six promises, and for each one, what actually holds it in place today.
Wherever it gets remixed, your credit travels with it.
Terms 3.4: the platform records the lineage of every world, remix and asset, so your credit is stored with the work itself. It is not a setting we can turn off for one creator.
We will never charge you to be remixed, or force you to sell.
Terms 3.3: you decide whether your work can be remixed. We never charge you for being remixed. If you choose to charge others to remix your work, you set the price and keep the majority, and we keep a small share, as with any sale.
Take your worlds, your audience, and your name. The door stays open.
Today: Terms 3.1 says you keep the rights to what you make and we claim no ownership, and you can delete your account at any time (Terms 9.2). Not yet: a full export of your worlds in open formats. We will mark this Live only when it ships.
Our role is to make creating and earning easier, never to take a landlord's cut.
Earning is not open yet, so there is no share to keep. When it opens, the split will be written into the creator agreement and the pricing page before the first payment, not after.
The terms you build under are the terms you keep.
Our Terms today allow prospective changes with notice (Terms 6.4). We want changes to apply only to work published after them. Until that is in the Terms, treat this as our intent, not a guarantee.
No paywall to start, and no buying your way to the top. You earn your place by creating.
Building by hand is free, with no card needed. The assistant is optional and runs on credits you can earn by playing. Nothing you pay changes where your world ranks.
A promise only counts if you can check it. So each one above says what holds it today, points to the clause in our Terms where there is one, and says so plainly where there is not one yet. When a promise moves from Building to Live, or into the Terms, we will update this page and note the date.
What you make is yours. Your name travels with it. Sharing it is free, and if you ever want to charge, that is your call. We will keep this page honest about what is live and what is still being built.
